ESC Automation's Service Department has over 60 fully stocked vans and a team of cross-trained technicians capable of both DDC and Mechanical Service.
ESC's Service Management System schedules and records all visits and maintenance history of your sites and logs all equipment and tasks to suit your needs. All maintenance duties are tracked internally through email and memos between our service coordinator, service representatives, parts order desk and technicians.
Beyond our field personnel, we have a 24/7 modem/telephone/internet support desk with a full-time inside technical support person. Support is available through Infotech Agreements that allow for cost effective budgeting with the reduction of on-site service calls.
We have an inventory of all of our Parts and share our headquarters with our manufacturer, Delta Controls. Before Delta issued its newest generation products, we made sure they were backward compatible, this ensured that our Existing Systems could be upgraded to the most advanced levels of technology.
